چکیده
Skin disease may be related with immunological disorders, external aggressions, or genetic conditions. Injuries cutaneous diseases such as wounds, burns, psoriasis, and scleroderma among others are common pathologies in dermatology, some cases, conventional treatments ineffective. In recent years, advanced therapies using human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) from different sources has emerged a promising strategy for the treatment of many pathologies. Due to their properties; regenerative, immunomodulatory differentiation capacities, they could applied diseases. this review, total thirteen types hMSCs used therapy have been analyzed, considering last 5 years (2015–2020). The most investigated were those isolated umbilical cord blood (hUCB-MSCs), adipose tissue (hAT-MSCs) bone marrow (hBM-MSCs). studied wounds ulcers, burns psoriasis. At preclinical level, vivo studies mice rats main animal models used, wide range used. Clinical analyzed revealed that cell by intravenous administration was preferred except case where engineering also reported. Although clinical trials reviewed results not posted yet, safety high only local slight adverse events (mild nausea abdominal pain) terms effectiveness, it difficult compare due doses administered variables measured, but general, percentage wound’s size reduction higher than 80% Psoriasis Area Severity Index Scoring Atopic Dermatitis significantly reduced, scleroderma, parameters Modified Rodnan skin score (MRSC) European Scleroderma Study Group activity index reported an improvement hypertrophic scars, Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) decreased after applying these therapies. On balance, is strategy, however, experimental designs endpoints stablished each study, makes necessary more research find best way treat patient disease.

Healing Potential of Mesenchymal Stem Cells Cultured on a Collagen-Based Scaffold for Skin Regeneration
Background: Wound healing of burned skin remains a major goal in public health. Previous reports showed that the bone marrow stem cells were potent in keratinization and vascularization of full thickness skin wounds. Methods: In this study, mesenchymal stem cells were derived from rat adipose tissues and characterized by flowcytometry. Staining methods were used to evaluate their differentiatio...
متن کاملChallenges for treatment of cardiovascular diseases based on stem cells
Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are the primary cause of death worldwide, and the development of scar tissue in myocardium and also the irreversible destruction of cardiomyocytes are the main factors in their development. There are still limitations in medical treatment of CVD, despite the advances in the field of drug therapy and surgery for CVD. In recent years, research on stem c...
متن کاملMesenchymal Stem Cells for the Treatment of Skin Diseases
Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-based therapy involving both autologous and allogeneic MSCs shows great promise in treating several conditions. MSCs promote wound healing, and can differentiate into multiple cell lineages, including keratinocytes. Therefore, MSCs can be used for the treatment of congenital or acquired skin defects. Because of their immunomodulatory properties, MSCs may be useful fo...

Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by motor and non-motor symptoms. It is expected to impose an increasing economic and social burden on human populations. The motor symptoms of PD are well known, including age-dependent uncontrollable resting tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity, posture instability. In the non-motor symptoms, cognitive changes, d...
